Delivery & Returns



Deborah K Design 

All our Deborah K Design pieces are bespoke and handmade to order which is what makes them so special and unique. Delivery time is usually 3-4 weeks but we will call you to check if this is suitable. If you do need your piece faster, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs. 

The cost of delivery for Deborah K Design pieces will be calculated at time of checkout.

Ivory & Co pieces are dispatched directly from Ivory & Co to reduce wait times. Next day delivery is available if the order is placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday.

All delivery services are signed for upon receipt so please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

Please note that orders placed around public holidays may take longer to arrive (Christmas, Easter & Bank Holidays).






Ivory & Co 

We want you to be delighted with your Ivory & Co purchase. If you're not happy for whatever reason, you have 14 days (from the date you receive your order) to return part or all of your order.

If you need to send a return, please contact us and we will advise you of the steps to return an item to us. 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of receipt of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure.
(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.

Damaged items will be replaced with the same item only. Damaged items will not be refunded. Ivory & Co. merchandise is quality checked and carefully packaged, however occasionally the postal service will handle a package roughly and the contents become damaged. In this case we will happily replace the item. (At times some customers have damaged items they don't like, seeking a refund. We will not refund damaged items, we only replace them with the same item at our expense).

Postage, shipping or handling charges are not reimbursable.

Unfortunately due to reasons of hygiene pierced earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged.
