Deborah K Design will ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability, shipping, taxes and duties before completing order transaction. You will be advised by e-mail if we are unable to complete your order where upon a full refund or options will be given. All prices are shown in UK Sterling and you will be billed at the prevailing exchange rate as set by your bank/ credit card should you reside outside the UK or choose to pay in another currency. How do I order?

When you have selected the perfect piece of jewellery at www.deborahkdesign.co.uk please complete the colour & size you require in the boxes provided. Then click on the ‘add to shopping bag’ link. 

You can then continue to browse the site and add other pieces of jewellery to your shopping bag.

 

Once you have finished shopping click on the shopping bag icon on the page. Please add any special instructions in the box provided at this stage. This will take you through to a summary of your order. Once you are happy click to confirm your order, you will then be taken through to the secure payment pages where you can follow the on screen payment instructions.

 

How long will my order take?

All jewellery is handmade to order, so please allow up to 4 – 6 weeks for delivery. Popular or smaller pieces e.g. earrings are often made in advance and so delivery time may be considerably shorter.

If you are ordering bridal jewellery please order ideally as a minimum at least 4-6 weeks before your wedding and include the date of your wedding in box provided and if applicable the date of any hair trials or dress fittings in the Special Instructions section of the order form so that we can prioritise your order accordingly.

 

Special Circumstances

If you need any items sooner please email deborah@deborahkdesign.co.uk and we will let you know if it is possible to accommodate your request and to dispatch your jewellery out to you sooner.

 

Postage charges

It is important to us that something as valuable as your Wedding Jewellery gets to you safely & on time.

We recommend that everything is sent Insured Special Delivery (Signed for)

*If you wish to order and NOT use signed for postage ( ie a more economical method without insurance) for smaller / less valuable lines please contact us and we can discuss - just as long as your happy we can agree a soloution.

Packaging

Headpieces & Tiaras are presented in their own beautiful white gift box, lined with protective acid free tissue paper and tied with a white satin ribbon as picture on the main pages.

Each piece of jewellery is presented in a luxurious keepsake gift box as picture on the main pages.

 

Repairs

In the unlikely event that a piece becomes faulty or is damaged as part of the delivery process, please contact Deborah K Design within 48hrs of receipt, either by email or telephone and we will seek rectify the problem immediately.

Please note that items damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or general wear and tear over a reasonable period of time may be subject to a small charge to cover costs.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery order please return it to us in it’s original packaging, and ensure that items are suitably protected, via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Deborah K Design will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Please do this within 7 days of receipt of your order stating whether you require an exchange or a refund. We will be happy to offer a refund or an exchange providing the items are returned unworn, complete, in perfect condition and in their original undamaged packaging.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of earrings in compliance with health and hygiene regulations. Therefore Bridesmaid sets which include earrings are non refundable or exchangeable

Exchanges or credit notes are available for items returned after 7 days. Note no refunds available for items unworn or otherwise after the notified Wedding date.

If the items to be returned are faulty, once verified upon receipt at Deborah K Design within 48 hours we will issue a refund to cover the cost of the item, the original postage and packaging and the return postage costs incurred.

 

Bespoke orders

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or an exchange on bespoke pieces. Bridesmaid pieces are classified as bespoke due to colour changes.

Where items are custom made to your requested specifications beyond the options available directly on deborahkdesign.co.uk they will become classified as ‘Bespoke items’ & will be exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and no refund or exchange will be available

Please ensure you order the correct colours / size / lengths (where applicable) at the time of your order as no liability will be held by Deborah K Design for incorrect items being made and dispatched in relation to personal preferences & selections made at the point of ordering/ checkout.
